Roger Skidmore, PhD 
Roger Skidmore previously co-founded Wireless Valley Communications alongside Dr. Ted Rappaport. Wireless Valley was a pioneering software company for the design, deployment, and management of wireless networks, and was successfully acquired by Motorola, Inc.
After numerous adventures within Motorola and ATT, he was most recently CEO of EDX Wireless before spinning out EDX Technologies.
Dr. Skidmore has over 90 awarded and pending patents. He received his bachelors, masters, and doctoral degrees from the University of Virginia Tech.
Wasim Khan
Wasim is a seasoned entrepreneur and IT professional with a stellar track record in Business Development for Enterprise Software/Product. Last he worked for the Global giant IT company Infosys Technologies Limited, where he managed Business Development for their flagship banking product Finacle UBS for multiple countries.
Wasim cofounded the renowned ‘Executive Search firm’, i.e. Productiva Group in Bangalore India in 2010 and scaled it Globally. He operates out of the Group’s Headquarter in London and oversee its Strategic Vision and Client Engagements. Productiva focuses on Leadership Hiring (Sales, Tech & Corporate) and Offshore Contract Staffing Services.
Wasim is a Commerce graduate with a Computer Science Diploma and an MBA Degree in Business Management. He sits on board of a couple of Products & Services firms in US, Middle East & India. He has established an extensive network spanning across the Global IT community.
Damien D’Souza
Damien has over 40 years of experience creating innovative solutions, solving complex business situations in global and start-up leadership roles. Pioneering business and technology services that no one had thought of.
He has been at the forefront of every major technological advance for the last 40+ years. From the early IT and mobile industries, to driving highly transactional global application and media businesses with blue chips (IBM, Ericsson, CK Hutchison, Nokia, Diebold-Nixdorf, Tech Mahindra), start-ups, and scale-ups; He has grown and managed many business ventures from concept/start-up to global operations, driving revenues of hundreds of millions.
With extensive experience in senior leadership positions in the management of telecom, digital media, technology (TMT), Fintech and Business services. He is highly skilled in the delivery and management of products, services, and business programmes from start-up to global scale-up, as well as fully conversant in the value chain converging business with technology to differentiate from the competition.
Damien is an advisor and fractional director to global organisations such as Tech Mahindra (CTO, UK & I), enabling differentiation by creating unique value propositions through developing and deploying smart systems.
